Her baked goods are ideal for people with food intolerances, diabetes, allergies, candida and celiac disease.

There are a large variety of breads and baked goods for all blood types.

- The breads are low GI and GL.
- The breads are free from wheat, gluten, yeast, sugar, dairy products, eggs and preservatives and colourants.
- The baked goods are made from Rye, Tapioca, potato, rice, mabele (sorgum), mielie meal, soya, quinoa, buckwheat and millet.
