The Bridging Centre - What we are about
The centre offers a holistic approach to children that are not coping into “mainstream education” due to learning difficulties in the areas of reading, writing, spelling and math's.
The bridging centre aim to work intensely in these particular areas with emphasis on the basic foundational building blocks allowing children the opportunity to “re-enter” the school system.
We believe in a “drug – free” approach. The children follow a well structured curriculum under the guidance of experienced tutors, helping to fill and bridge the gaps of concepts that were not readily grasped at mainstream level.
What do we Offer?
A gap in learning can be caused by many underlying factors. Namely physical, mental, genetic, dietary and environmental issues.
What we do…
Alter diets, “you are what you eat”, check sugar levels
Children see, hear and move with their brain therefore introducing a Daily Neurodevelopmental program
We believe ALL children are special and all have an equal right to be a part of a “school system”.

Daily Remedial reading, spelling, math’s and writing
Parent Workshops (How can I make homework fun)
Daily Tutoring with 3 kids per tutor in a group including supervised homework offered after school
Music lessons
What We Offer
- Tutoring from class 1 (grade 1) to Class 4 (grade 4)
- Remedial assistance in the afternoons for all ages
- AIT for all ages
- Music lessons for all ages
A child’s “I can” is more important than a child’s I.Q!!!
