Genetic Brain Dominance Profiling
Genetic Brain Dominance Profiling. This is a very valuable tool to establish how a person thinks, what their strengths and weaknesses are and most of all, what happens to them under stress. What makes it unique is that we do not use questionnaires to gain the information. I have been doing profiling for a number of years now. The most potent way to understand profiling is to experience it.
Profiling can explain why a child is behaving in a certain way, and give us tools to overcome some of the difficulties.
We can assist children to be more resilient to stress by knowing what happens to the brain under stress.
Help parents and teachers to understand their children better. This is a biggie
With added information one can assist the child to overcome their profile and learn with greater ease. That is to become whole brain functioning.
This also assists when having to make subject choices.

Brain Profiling for children
"Thanks so much for doing Matthew’s brain profile report at Primary School.
I was a bit skeptical, with a Masters in Physiotherapy and a Science background , I have different mindset when it comes to Assessment. But your assessment was spot-on and I am impressed."

re BRAIN PROFILING
To Whom it May Concern
Our company specialises in design and creative implementation of marketing strategy.
We contracted Noeline Levinson to profile all short-listed potential employees. We found the process to be extremely helpful in our decision making process. We have been able to employee staff which fit our job descriptions. For example, when we need a designer with an eye for detail, and who will follow time schedules, we know we need a left-brained, right-eyed, left-handed applicant. Sounds complicated, but has meant the difference between employing someone who SAYS they can meet the criteria, compared to KNOWING we have the applicant to fit the criteria.
We have employed web designers, designers, DTP operators and administrators using Noeline’s process, and we have been very satisfied with the results.
Noeline’s personal approach and interactive consultations also helped us build inter-staff communications and understand the difference between how we are all ‘wired’.
Yours faithfully

Brain Profiling can be utilised as a tool to assist with employment of staff. I have also used it in the corporate environment in the redeployment of staff. Most importantly, it can be used to create better synergy among staff members. I found that in the case of 'Hot Tomato' the Directors had one type of profile and the staff had quite a different type of profile. This lead the way to much misunderstood communication. Once the staff could understand how to better communicate with the Directors and visa versa, communication seemed to improve. When it did breakdown, they had a better understanding of how it had happened.
This profiling tool is unconventional because it is not using questionnaires to ascertain the profile. However, once the profile feedback is given, the unconventional way it was attained becomes irrelevant.
Brain Profiling for Adults
I think the most powerful benefit from this profiling is, once you have a better understanding of what happens to you under stress, and how you tick, you can start to love who you are. And most importantly follow your intuition that usually is trying to get through the endless mind chatter. So many people report to me that they felt wrong doing a certain job, but got their by default. Or that they were very unhappy about doing a certain job and they thought there was something wrong with them. For me persoally, this was the most miraculous insight I have experienced. It was able to explain exactly why I had been unable to accomplish things my parents could easily accomplish and why I had talents else where. It was so liberating understanding and respecting who I was.
Below are two adults talking about their experiences.
