These are gluten- free rice based products and act just like ordinary wheat flour, only better. The flours are in Self Raising Rice Flour, Hi-Fiber Rice and Millet Flour, or 100% Pure Rice Flour.
These products contain a raising agent and are so easy to use, as they replace wheat flour, cup for cup in your own recipes.
It makes delicious biscuits, cakes, breads, tarts, quiches and much more.
I really do recommend Entice, we have been using it for a few years now and we regularly make pancakes on Sunday for tea. The bakery mixes for Seed Loaf bread, Pizza, Chocolate Cake, Biscuit and Rusk are easy to use and have delicious results. The Seed Loaf Mix is so easy, you can use a home oven or bread machine.
Daniela, the originator of Entice is willing to give a demonstration of how to use this product. I did this in the beginning and it made such a big difference. I was able to taste a variety of different dishes and could see how easy it was to do.
